Warum gehen manche, öffentlichen Netze nicht, wenn ich als privaten dnsforge.de eingegeben habe?

Ich nutze verwende auch alternative DNS Server in öffentlichen WLAN Netzen, bei mir reicht es wenn ich einmal auf den Anmelde Portal auf zustimmen geklickt habe. Danach kann ich dann mein DNS per Adblock App (Personal DNS Filter) ändern.
