Meta will allow political ads that claim the 2020 election was stolen.

YouTube will no longer remove videos making similar claims.

Monetizing lies has become a big business in America. It’s one of the core challenges to democracy.

“Insulin belongs to the world, not to me.” — Dr. Frederick Banting wanted insulin to be within reach of everyone who needed it.

But every single House Republican voted against capping the price of insulin at $35/month for the 8.4 million Americans who need it.

Republicans are lying when they say slashing IRS funds will lower the deficit. For each extra $1 the IRS spends auditing rich tax cheats, it can collect $12. Defunding the IRS will INCREASE the deficit.

They want to help their rich donors cheat, while the rest of us pay for it.

Make no mistake: Trump was the main force behind the near shutdown. Why?

Because Trump calculated that a shutdown would play to his advantage. He operates on chaos.

It's likely he’s already at work trying to torpedo the next funding measure needed. Be warned.

365-to-1: The CEO-worker pay ratio at Stellantis

362-to-1: The CEO-worker pay ratio at GM

281-to-1: The CEO-worker pay ratio at Ford

The Big Three CEOs keep pretending they can't afford to pay workers fairly while they themselves are raking in millions off of workers' labor.

When auto CEOs say they can't afford to pay their workers more, remember that the Big Three have made a combined $21 billion in profits in the first half of 2023 and $250 billion in profits over the decade.

They've also spent $5 billion on stock buybacks the past year.

Clarence Thomas ruled in favor of Citizens United.

Harlan Crow and his family's political contributions then went up 862%.

Then we later find out Thomas let Crow take him on lavish trips, buy his mom's house, and help fund his wife's conservative nonprofit.

See how this works?

Remember: The real freeloaders in this country are the rich, not the poor.

The richest 1% evade $163 billion in taxes every year.

The United States literally has a yacht tax deduction.

2023 is on track to be the hottest year on record, but we still have Republicans claiming the climate crisis is a "hoax." What planet are they living on?

Just a reminder that Trump was caught on tape instructing Georgia's Republican secretary of state “find” the exact number of votes needed to overturn Georgia's results.

This is not a man who was interested in finding “voter fraud.” He wanted to steal the election. Period.

No elected official has ever been accused of anything remotely on the scale of what Donald Trump has been charged with.

His prosecution isn’t a “witch hunt.” It’s a defense of our democracy.

Don’t believe his lies.
