@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic a little less than a year ago, at age 45. I've known most of my life that something was up, and in recent years began to suspect that I might be autistic. Thanks to reading about the experiences of comrades and some resources shared with me by someone close, I now understand that I'm not just a messed-up jerk.

@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic @actuallyautistics I find myself identifying very much with what Miakoda said. There's a happy person deep down in there somewhere, but life has put him into hiding.
