I wonder if the admins are using a k8s setup with CF? This way they have the CF protection and can spin up or down as needed when they get many requests. Thoughts anyone?
There have been a few Reddit, Lemmy and Youtube posts over the past week or so about Nginx Proxy Manager and their shortfalls, mostly towards CVEs and other security issues....
using azure ad for user authentication. azure ad is free but i have a paid o365 so i use that to authenticate against for access to my containers that have a fqdn attached/directed to it. and most of the containers/apps have sso with azure ad integration option available so no more logging into each single app/container.
I have a small K3s cluster as well as a separate docker server. The docker server runs on a 2012 Mac mini so I think it’s more out of date than a RPi. All that to say, no issues running 14 docker containers like Sonarqube, gitea, Jenkins, Maven, etc.
Hey there, I thought about starting my own Lemmy instance, yet I’d really like to use my already running MariaDB server for the database. I haven’t found anything in the docs (might be me though). Is that possible or will I have to set up Postgresql?
I have a server I can use for hosting “stuff”. I want to add containers to host and help with the fediverse load balancing. Lemmy is a pain so if anyone has a simple docker yaml, could you share? And pixelfed is really cool so anyone know how to dockerize it and share it’s yaml? Cheers friends!

You have to click on search, select "Communities", enter the name (but without the instance), find the correct one in the list if there's multiple and then...
