The comments and abuse reports about people sympathetic to the Palestinians or to the Israelis is getting out of hand. I understand this is an incredibly charged and difficult situation for everyone. Seek first to understand before being an asshole to your fellow humans from behind the relative safety of your computer monitor, please.

Because of the spam, I’ve been looking more closely at new signups. It’s odd to see people create an account, login, then delete their account less that 30 minutes later. I guess we aren’t for them.

(Edit: turns out the one I saw was someone testing. Nothing to see here. Move along.)

Is anyone using the Mastodon app on Android having trouble logging into infosec.exchange or other mastodon instances, with the error that it "seems not to be a Mastodon server"?

I don't have android and it appears to be working fine on iOS

@jerry Lol I don't even use an app for it, I love the mobile web UI far better than any Mastodon app. Works great in Iceraven browser (https://github.com/fork-maintainers/iceraven-browser)
