Cold Cave

November: Looking out from the mouth of a meltwater channel in Esjufjallajökull, part of Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, south-eastern #Iceland.

This unstable place was monitored by two guides while we were inside, one in with us and the other outside. When I asked him why, he said "I'm listening to the ice."

If you look closely, you can see the van we arrived in outside on the glacier surface.
