After 2 years on sale with no objections, Oviposition has been removed from Amazon. They say is violates their ToS, but I can't see any way that's true.
They allow erotica and it's all my own work.
I've responded to ask what they think it violated, but don't know if that will make any difference.

But those ToS could just be "we alone will decide what is inappropriate and there's nothing you shmucks can do about it."
@RubyJones I think I'm a slow reader too but I haven't ever properly timed it.
When I was a child, I would drag out books I enjoyed so they wouldn't be over. Maybe some of that carried over into adult life 😁
@AimeeMaroux tbf, I think I'm a slightly above average speed reader, for the general population, I'm just not a FAST reader and... I like it that way. Like you say, if you're enjoying a book, it's no bad thing if it keeps going - I want to KEEP enjoying it as long as possible.
I can't read a novella in a day unless it's like, all I do. But I wouldn't want to. Sad times for a whole book to be gone in just a few hours.

It is strange to finish an erotica and desperately want a sequel... because of the world building. (Ok, not just the world building, but a big part!) What is going on in these ruins? Why did the Old Ones do what they did? Whom do I need to shiv on the MCs' behalf, precious angels who have surely never done anything wrong in their misbegotten lives? etc. etc.
I know some of the answers, but not all. I am starting to explore the next adventure, which will have a little less sex and more in the way of world-building. Alas, the people to blame are (so far as I am currently aware) long dead... but they might have some more unfortunate artefacts left behind that our hapless heroes might trigger...
