QuazarOmega,

I guess it would be a little ironic

QuazarOmega,

Everyone here is super salty, meanwhile I just thought this was suggesting that GNOME is like a rounder KDE

QuazarOmega,

Kinda off topic, but do you know why youtube-dl has picked up development again when yt-dlp has practically taken over its legacy?

QuazarOmega,

Isn’t that due to a potentially hazardous swollen battery though? It’s best to replace it before that stuff happens

QuazarOmega,

Ikr, people that do are also putting all their eggs in one basket, which doesn’t seem very smart to me either

QuazarOmega,

Come on, no one managed to uncover the mysteries yet?

First to find them gets a cookie, or a JWT if they’re celiac

As a 14-year long user, the new Fisher Price UI makes me sad :( What have they done to you, Reddit? (i.imgur.com)

Notice there is only 1 full headline (from /r/NoStupidQuestions) visible, it doesn’t even show the full post. There are 3 of those “trending” boxes but only 2 of those even fit their headlines because they are like 3 words long, they cut off anything longer including the description...

QuazarOmega,

To be fair what’s the functional difference between a few pixels cut from the corners of a box?
Images might get slightly cut, but, as long as it is only on preview, you’ll still see the full rectangle when you actually open the content, while previews (cover art, or whatever it may be) will be tailored to be displayed in such a format

QuazarOmega,

If you did that, then your video feed would always be using less pixels than it could have otherwise if the orientation of the camera and display matched though, the result could be seen at better resolution after shooting, but that would be pretty tedious

QuazarOmega,

Suggestions for GPS trackers?
I’ve always wondered if all of them have to rely on a network of Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices in the vicinity of it, or there are some other options?

While we’re at it, if it were possible, could we make it out of open hardware too?

QuazarOmega,

Oh makes sense, any specific brand though?
