State-level percentage declines in preschool enrollment from 2019 to 2021 ranged from 3.6 points in Indiana to 19.0 points in New Hampshire. California saw among the largest drops (13.9 points).

🚨NEW DATA ALERT: CDC's release on emergency department (ED) visits in 2021 shows visit rates were highest among infants and people ages 75+. Also during that year, about 4% of children had 2+ ED visits in the past 12 months.
