The tea is also warmer than your body temperature if it is to be considered warm, and as such you will get hotter without getting any relief from the sweating, making drinking hot tea in a hot/humid scenario counterproductive if these assumptions are correct.
The concept of servings should just be removed, and be replaced with a standard Nutrients per 100g (or whatever you Americans feel is equivalent. Three ounces or something, I don’t know). We do nutrients per 100g in Sweden, and it’s far better.
