Desucombo, 1 year ago to selfhosted in Fiber Question I’d go for single mode, since it’s usually the same price, if not cheaper. You’ll probably need a fiber splicing machine (and a couple or four splice protectors, depending if you use single fiber or duplex) and a splice box on both ends.
