I agree with you but there’s no reason to believe that the people proposing blatantly unconstitutional courses of action are American. In fact there’s no good reason to believe they’re even arguing for this in good faith. There’s a lot of a bad actors on the internet getting paid by various nation states to foment problems.
I tend to put commenters who won’t accept that their plan is outside the bounds of the law into that second category. They KNOW what they’re saying would cause serious problems if it was done but they keep repeating it. They act just like the Russian led MAGAts with the sole difference that they’re pretending to work for Team Blue.
The US has had a transcontinental railroad network for over a century.
Sure, now try and figure out the expense and time required to build another one NOW, not in 1890 but in 2023. The right of ways alone may take you until 2123 to get sorted out and I really suspect that the Chinese aren’t going to show up to work for pennies a day to build the thing.

It is shocking to me how many explosions Sweden has. They had about 90 in 2022 and they were already at 109 before the end of August this year! Basically one gang or another is blowing something up every 2-3 days!
I’m pretty good to excellent at any FPS or Fighter that I’ve put my mind to but I can really struggle with RPGs due to the minutia of character and equipment management. I don’t WANT to write a Masters level thesis on how to min / max a character nor spend two days puzzling over exactly how to stack perks and bonuses from equipment, skills, and spells.
If you can do that then you’re a better RPG player than I will ever be.
If that happens then it happens. The intent of increasing the size of the HoR isn’t so that the Correct Party, whichever you judge that to be, would win. The intent is restore its ability to correctly represent the Citizens of this country. Doing that will have a direct and positive impact on the EC and other things.
