Being gazillion years I'm using reverse T layout for my arrow keys,

Columnar staggering is not the problem, arrow keys are!

I ordered a and also want to learn . I already can do with my own system with a variable amount of fingers that I internalized the past decades. But learning 10 finger typing is like learning to walk again 😓

How is touch typing different from 10 finger? Touch typing is, by definition, using 10 fingers...
There is no "your" touch typing: as far as I know there is only one way, isn't it?
