The #HiRes remaster sounds fairly good. I might even give it 4/5 stars. Might. But that is only considering the original recording is from 1958. And it is an exceptional performance.
It is a lovely album. Markéta has intensely incredible skill as a #violinist. This not the type of #violin performance we hear often and that is obvious from the first listening. I bought the album when it was first released out of curiosity and it demonstrated one occasion where I somehow used my better judgment, as it is an outstanding album.

I have Elicia Silverstein's album, The Dreams & Fables I Fashion, which I love but haven't listen to in some time. I came across this beautiful performance of Passacaglia for solo violin (1676), by Heinrich Ignaz Franz von Biber (1644-1706) and felt it worth sharing.
