Russia has more manpower but at the expense of pulling out troops from another theatre, which in turn would diminish Russian influence there, that’s already the case with Central Asia and Armenia and Azerbaijan. Russian businesses is already short-staffed. Even if Russian wins, it is will be a Pyrrhic victory. Future generations of Russians will pay for the financial and human costs.
