It’s a carbon fiber brush with a connection to the ground post - I can’t tell you definitively if it helps or not but it was cheap and couldn’t hurt…now that we’re going into winter the weather is dry so there’s a lot more static. I’ll have to play some with and some without and see how much of a difference it makes.
