GHO I just visited

Stopped by the park that has a little wildlife center today. I’m headed back later for a special event I saw posted this morning, so I’ll have more pics tomorrow.

This big beauty is Annabelle. I was reading about pellets last night, and when I got here, the volunteer was feeding the animals. I came back a little later, and when I went out take another pic, I saw her hunch over and I thought she was going to posture to intimidate me, but she made a pellet! I was very excited I got to see it in person for the first time. I’ve been thinking about writing about owl digestion, so it was awesome to get to witness it!
