Oriental Bay Owl

This owl might just be the strangest looking one I’ve come across. I was looking to see what other owls were in the barn owl family, and I couldn’t believe it when I saw this little guy.
The space-like speckled feathers, that alien barn owl head, but with bonus ears/horns, and those giant eyes that look a little too high up, this owl really looks like it’s from another world.
