Just curious of how many players here have gone through the main story already to gauge how bad spoilers are at this point

I was reading through this post possumpat.io/post/1566868 yesterday and saw the tip about hitting the space bar for the thrusters and it was just as I was about to do the battle simulator for the vanguard, man it felt so cool using the boost then spinning around with the thrusters while still going in that direction and shooting...

what is the best all round ship to buy? large crew, shields, fire power, cargo etc

Hold RMB to focus the cutter’s laser, mining ~6X faster...

I play on the easiest mode and that damn whole stealth chain of missions was awful. Hated every moment of it. Forget if you never put points into stealth, then it’d truly be impossible....

I’m doing the crimson fleet mission line. I read that if I kill people on 2 missions UC guards will throw me in jail and that UC ship won’t talk to me anymore....

Could we list here the easter we found, or do you prefer a post per easter egg?...

Hey! I’ve spent two days trying to get horizontal boost to work on my controller. For some reason I can only get it to boost to the sides and backwards....

So, on a thread on the bug on “the website that shall not be named”, someone found some quest IDs that, through console commands, could (at least temporarily) somewhat stop the effects of the bug....

What are your preferred skills to put your points into early on that have the biggest impact?...

so far for my space suit I got a deepseeker helmet and a shocktroop suit which I think matches well enough, I like the helmet a lot...

Or does the inventory menu only take base damage (given the mods of the weapon itself) into account?

I just think it’s a neat little addition that gives you that, “ahhhhhhhhh, I remember that!” feeling.

No spoilers, but man, did it just seem to drag on and on or was it just me?...

Am I better off carrying one melee weapon or investing in stagger resistance perks to fight off melee attackers? As it stands, I often have to either shoot melee attackers before they reach me or beat them back with a Va’Ruun Painblade because they probably won’t give me enough time to reload my shotgun.

Pretty much just the title. If you “unequipall” on the “Citizen” NPCs, it removes their human skin clothes and reveals that they’re actually all identical....

I’m currently on NG+8 (at 120 hours played) I think and it’s funny how i’m becoming like the other starborn just rushing all the artifacts and not caring about anything. I could probably do it in two hours per but I do get distracted....

I am not far enough in to have some real QOL thoughts. so if the below is in the game but I haven’t gotten there yet…my bad!...

I’m further along in the game and have an outpost set up where I can easily dump resources, along with production from other places providing all kinds of resources....

At this point I’m ok with finding a stupid cheese for this. I’m so over this....
