Read books / notes without picking them up
Is there a way to do this? Its pretty tedious to pick a book, go to your inventory, read it, discard it, everytime.

So, I am on a cold planet right now. It says it is -18 degrees Celsius on the scanner and I keep getting frostbite and hypothermia effects from it, despite having 45 thermal protection assuming these all stack from each piece of my suit (suit, helmet, pack)....
When you got the option, did you chose to go to New Game+ right away or stay behind and finish the rest of the game first?
First off - try to keep story spoilers to a minimum please, just locations and activities....
Console editions of both Skyrim and Fallout 4 has mod support through Bethesda.net. To me it doesn’t make any sense that Starfield would not get any, though I figured it would be added after the official release date not early access. I imagine the systems could still be in the process of being set up, but has there been any...
In reality, there is (almost) no force to reduce speed in space....
I love this game
I’m getting fps drops to the single digits, while on average its around 30 fps. Even on lower settings and in smaller instances. my specs are:...
Been playing a while now and I right away noticed one of the modding slots is for skins; but I’ve yet to get any more skins unlocked besides the single “default” option. I’m wondering if they even have any in the game or if it’s just there for future stuff/mods.
I haven’t gotten very far into the game, but I have seen the powers and it reminds me a lot of The Wheel Of Power from Hot Wheels: World Race and Hot Wheels Acceleracers
Came across this fix for an issue apparently a decent number of people with especially the i5-6600K are having where the game will freeze for a few seconds every couple of minutes. Get an app called Battle Encoder Shirase, run it, target starfield.exe, and set your CPU limit to -8%. I tried it out and didn’t get a single...
I really love the game. I was ready for a space Bethesda game. I am still satisfied but here is my experience of my first major bug: I did a cool diplomatic mission (on my best behavior there) on New Atlantis branching to another one. I entered a building not related to this mission to do another side quest. I exited this...
I love how decisions have consequences. I try to not reload and try different options on my first play-thru. I roll with the decisions I make and enemies I create (usually accidentally in a firefight). With FO4 this usually didn’t have an enormous effect....
This is just a brilliant idea and is really encouraging me to take some cool snaps!
The guns are fucking dope as shit. I don’t even care if they have less damage than what I already use, every time I find a new type of gun it’s just such a cool, badass design I can’t help but want to use it… And I’ve really just been focusing on pistols right now. The rifles and shotguns and lasers… Not to mention...
Anyone who got the constellation pack have ideas on what you’re going to do with your watch case?...
I’m crouched in an empty room, stealing everything. My stealth meter randomly changes to Detected so I stop for a while and wait for it to go back to Hidden. I steal the next item and get a notification that a bounty has been added. I’m still Hidden....
Seriously this is a lot of fun. It is absolutely a Bethesda game through and through. Not sure what people were expecting. I’m glad it’s not like No Man’s Sky because that game bored the shit out of me almost immediately....
spoilerI mean, putting two companions with highest affinity in mortal danger and having time to save only one is brutal, since most of the time, the characters that die in games are predetermined and players may or may not care about them. But putting two characters that player spend most time playing with, that makes it lot...
Is there no way to do this? I keep getting held up jumping to places because it wants to jump to another nearby star I haven’t been to, when there is a perfectly good way to plot through stars I have been to.
I already disliked all the references to US history in Fallout 4. To me, cowboys feel misplaced in a science fiction universe. It’s just personal preference though. But the question stands: are large parts of the main story related to the cowboy characters, or does it work mostly without?
