I’m playing on steam and the first bug I noticed was heart of mars mission. I can’t finish it because the thing I need is under a boulder. Then I see my friends getting all these achievements. Been playing a while now and I right away noticed one of the modding slots is for skins; but I’ve yet to get any more skins unlocked besides the single “default” option. I’m wondering if they even have any in the game or if it’s just there for future stuff/mods.

Console editions of both Skyrim and Fallout 4 has mod support through Bethesda.net.
