CJDouglass, 9 months ago @AimeeMaroux 😁 (I assume you also mean you haven't read the book.) The two "thought bubble" clouds are the image from the book cover, and the "okay"s are a call-and-response type thing that Hazel Grace & Augustus use. It's just a signature of the book, is all.
