What filenames are you using? I’d imagine the filename is pretty important for getting the metadata. It might also help to add the year to the show folder.

My normal naming scheme is like this:

</span><span style="color:#323232;">  |__ "Season 1"
</span><span style="color:#323232;">        |__ "{show name} - {season number}x{episode number}"
</span><span style="color:#323232;">  |__ "Season 2"

</span>
