Hmm. I'm not seeing it in the english language version, but Blåkläder is now looking for the next generation test pilots for their feminine gear (gets you a network to talk about this and possibly selected for new gear testing).
Apparently they discovered this in 2016 by the innovative method of recruiting some women working in ppe needing fields and listening to their feedback on fits etc. As far as I can tell this is a unique approach in the ppe/work wear industry.
