That said, this one is weak and obviously for the court of public opinion. They are trying to apply standards for judges to a law clerk on the theory that she's a co-judge, which is a bit unhinged. Interesting thing to observe: the appeal was a way around the gag order. They're attacking the clerk throughout this document. They do have a right to appeal, though. 6/
