jason, 7 months ago @foone I… don’t think I frequently “boot” my dryer? It plays a maybe 1s animation of the lights turning on but you can just skip that by turning the knob. How long of a boot sequence do you mean?

skaverat, 7 months ago @foone @jason quick napkin math, assuming you take 8 hours to bring it down from 5s to 1s and use the dryer 2 times a week, you only need about 70 years to reach the break-even points. I'd say go for it
