So, instead of easily workable steel panels, or slightly more difficult aluminum panels, this thing is going to have plate armour?
In other words, very expensive panels that can only be replaced. Body shops can't work on plate armour.
And that's before we get into crash testing. Super rigid structures tend to scramble their occupants like a bowl of eggs. It's how cars used to be made in the 1930s/40s, before people knew better.
