Okay, here's my opinion on TesseracT's latest album "War of Being":

It's huge! 😲

After listening to it for the 3rd time, it unleashed all its magic. The beginning is merciless and makes you totally want more. In between every now and then TesseracT-typical relaxation. Then it returns in a heavy way. Sometimes melancholic, sometimes aggressive. A successful alternating bath of feelings. And yet everything fits together and results in a pretty masterful overall work... 🧵

... That's why I don't want to give a song recommendation:

You should listen to the album from front to back. On a quiet evening. Without interruptions or distractions :)

@thomas Agreed. It's a concept album anyway, definitely made to be listened to from beginning to end. Bold move from , considering the average attention span most people have these days. 😜

... a surprising detail: I guess it's the first album that contains a tiiiiny bit of growling by Daniel Tompkins. Very little. For one or two seconds here and there. It perfectly expresses frustration. 😍

@thomas which album shouldn't be listened like that? I like albums as a format.

@sharan yes, probably it applies to most albums. But there are some which are almost just as good in a random song order.
