Egads. Ever since you posted about the last group that damaged it, I've been wondering what fraction of damage deposits actually end up 100% returned to the renters.
@cazabon it gets a lot of damage. Every time I stay here (6-10 times per year), I have to spend about 2 days fixing things - patching holes in walls, replacing kitchen stuff, etc
