One year ago today, the Work-Life Balance Directive entered into force, setting out minimum standards:
🔸 Introduction of paternity leave,
🔸 Strengthening existing right to parental leave,
🔸 Introduction of carers’ leave,
🔸 Extension of right to flexible working arrangements.
