It depends. Generally yes, if we have very widely agreed ways of distinguishing between real and otherwise.

But only real numbers. Not imaginary ones. (😀 - jk).

Colours can be very subjective.

Unfortunately, we seem to be losing our social construction¹ of the laws of nature.
