Interesting contrast between stories. This story says:

Hawaii (10) & Connecticut (8).

Whereas this story says best places to live. cnbc.com/…/these-are-americas-10-best-states-to-l…

Connecticut (10) & Hawaii (5).

What’s even better, is that they were written by the same person.

They’re based on different scores it looks like. Hawaii has a bad economy, but is ranked high for its Life, Health and Inclusion Score.
