It is good to hear about which US states are actually taking any action at all, even if it does seem to be very conservative action at the behest of industry.

How Texans haven't rioted after the last 3 electricity grid meltdowns is beyond me, as a total foreigner. For all the "don't mess with Texas" rhetoric I hear, it seems like Texas keeps getting messed.
