Seriously though, I hate that cryptocurrencies coopted the term crypto.
fubo, “Crypto” meant “encryption, cryptography, etc.” back when there were people who called themselves cypherpunks.
nekat_emanresu, Crypto I think could also used to be slang for crypto-fascist which is a person hiding their status as a fascist.
Would be nice for it to stop being used about crypto currency.
