I guess it's because I chose to be there, so it's "good" noise (same as enduring tattoo pain without a problem because it's "good" pain).
Or maybe it's just my hyper vigilance being too high to be bothered by the noise. Because what bothers me more in these situations are the crowds. I can only enjoy events from the very back of the venue, well out of the crowd and preferably with an (emergency-)exit in my direct line of sight. Getting touched and jostled around from all sides by strangers all up in my personal space is a perfect receipt to reduce me to a sobbing, panicked mess 🙃
