I honestly think the best thing to do with them is just to leave them alone. They feed off attention, if nobody is there to listen or condemn them it'll lose its novelty.
Sure, some tankies will go on for ever, but isolating them is the best way of stopping recruitment and limiting the appeal of posting provocativist bullshit.
