@ConnorMoran @law As much as I want the SEC to regulate crypto out of existence, much of the SEC's mandate assumes that securities have underlying value. There's argument whether they're considered "investment contracts", and thus securities, but the fact that they don't represent anything of value, such as ownership of an enterprise, a debt obligation, etc., may make them something different.
