Feature Request: Change default browser links open in
It would be a nice feature to be able to select which installed browser jerboa defaults to opening external links in.

When we come back to a previous read thread there’s a thread with text in brackets showing the number of new comments made since we last visted that thread. These new comments are not differentiated from the old comments in any way. So unless we have a very good memory we won’t be able to figure out what is new or old....
I.E. the list of my own posts in my profile is always empty, by definition, unless I go manually change the setting before viewing it, and then change it back when I’m done....
Can we have a history button at the bottom taking us to a complete rollback of pages viewed in that session?
It would be so great if I could share pictures and videos directly to other apps much like in other lemmy clients (sync, infinity, etc…)
Sometimes I come across a image that I want to share with someone. Currently it takes a bit more time, and I have to download the image in order to do it. I would love to have share functionality built in the image viewer.
Is there a way to group the communities I’m subscribed to? Let’s say:News, Work, Sports, etc.
Trying to expand comments (e.g., 3 additional responses in the pic below) is causing the app to crash....

It would be nice if it was possible to see all communities of specific instance within the app
I’d love to be able to block an entire instance. Can this please be added to Jerboa?
Is it just me or does the hide score setting not working? I would like to turn scores off to keep my voting more honest with what I actually like rather than being swayed by the current vote count
Unless I’m missing an obvious option, it doesn’t seem like there is a way to check where a post hyperlink is going to send you without clicking on it....
Currently you have to tap the three dots menu in the corner and then move your finger to the center of the screen to press “show community info”. I think that a nice shortcut to this would be to simply tap the community image. (I would also support a visible button for this, but at least tapping the image doesn’t require...
When using the browser, when I see a post that has been cross-posted to several communities, it only shows in my feed once. Jerboa seems to ignore the fact something has been cross-posted and shows it multiple times in the feed.
A history button on the left sidebar to see read posts would be really helpful
So, past few days, the instance I have my account in, seems to crash and burn every morning, when I would like to browse it. I wouldn’t otherwise mind waiting fir the few minutes it takes to the issue being fixed, but Jerbia decides it’s a great idea to PURGE EVERYTHING if there is any sort of hitch in the login....
I have been experiencing crashes specifically when opening more comments in a thread....
Tldr: If “Show read posts” is off, it hides seen posts. But it also hides them when viewing a communitys top posts and even on your own profile under “Posts”....
I’ve been loving Jerboa, but I’m tired of having to see the same posts every time I open the app.
You know there is the tree points on every post and every comment where the further options like blocking, sharing, copying and so on is....
When viewing individual comment trees, usually by opening a comment from my own history that has replies on it, or just clicking view context: the original comment is the furthest indented, with the replies indented one less, and further replies to those less indented still until the lowest level comment appears as the oc, but...
When opening a picture, only the thumbnails are shown instead of the actual pictures...
Is there a query or filter to view only NSFW posts? Sometimes I just want to see the good stuff only.
Jerboa currently ignores single line breaks. I think single line breaks should be implemented as the only other alternative is double line breaks which are not always appropriate.
