@TheConversationUS @histodons This is a tricky one for me because simply having a judge grant a restraining order isn't the same thing as being convicted of a crime, however people needing to get a restraining order don't really have any other options available to them. In my opinion based on watching the court the past few years, the majority will side with the GOP party line and knock down the law, then come up with some crazy tenuous reason why.
