The next tier costs 13,67 € less (18,23 €).
Meanwhile Village is on sale for 13,54 €, with an all time low of 9,19 €.
So I will probably pick up the second highest tier, see if I like the games and maybe buy Village another time.

Hunter2, The VR modes of 7,8 are exclusive to the PlayStation and the one for 4 is an exclusive game to the Meta Quest.
