In Japanese folklore hahakigami (broom spirits) are a type of yokai that occur once a broom has reached very old age and is transformed into a spirit, known as tsukumogami. As magical charms they can be used to sweep things out as needed, such as aiding the smooth birth of babies or getting rid of unwanted guests. In some cases, hahakigami can be seen sweeping leaves on windy days with no human help, just for the fun of it.

I will gift a hahakigami to the House Democrats. They can use it to rid the House of many unwanted GOP guests and riff raff.
