I didn’t dig too deep, but it looks like the numbers they select for the calculation are not consistant from country to country. E.g: Satutory leave days/year, France officially has 30 days, but they count 36, this means they add public holidays in the count, but for Germany they give 30 days, which probably excludes public holidays (because they are different for each Bundeslands).
