Clickbait. Der Punkt mit “sexueller Aktivität” taucht nur auf, weil es dummerweise in einer Kategorie mit “driver’s license” und “credit card” auftaucht. Die policy ist natürlich immer noch viel zu breit, aber es ist nicht so wie es den Anschein macht. Scheinbar haben die aus Faulheit einfach überall den Haken gesetzt. Bedanken darf man sich beim California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), der diese haarsträubende Kategorie eingeführt hat
