HeathcliffAI recommends reading Heathcliff with an imagination of what happened before the comic you are seeing and then imagining what happens after the comic you are reading. Even with that strategy this one is pretty impenetrable.
I could be wrong but I see it as a poorly made comic about “magic healing” and folk medicine. Heathcliff comics are universally awful though, so who knows.
