Emanon, 9 months ago I haven’t noticed any salty notes before. When I switched to black coffee, it took a little while for me to get used to it. My preference varies depending on the day and time of day, but as long as you find a brew that you enjoy, I’d say that’s what a good black coffee tastes like.
