What’s most annoying out of this is that all the provinces demand to keep their automony over education, but fail to clamp down on the scammers … instead pressing the feds to do it instead.
I had one guy here for automotive mechanic at a college. Buddy bought a used car. I had to help him push it into the driveway the first day because he couldn’t start it and it kept overheating… He would proceed, a few days later, to pour water DIRECTLY ON THE RADIATOR to cool it off…
There is zero chance this guy had any prior qualifications.
