@bookstodon I finished this book (The Weaver and the Witch Queen by Genevieve Gornichec) yesterday and loved it. This one is historic fantasy about Vikings, and is actually based on some probably real people (Gunnhildr and Eric Bloodaxe). There's also a trans character! The story is about the friendship of three women and includes lots of witchcraft. The descriptions of life as a Viking are incredibly well done and have inspired me to find more information about Vikings. @bookstodon#Bookstodon
