@BigAngBlack@fulanigirl@BlackMastodon@blackmastodon Hard agree. I recently started tracking how I eat to ensure I was getting what I needed to support my workout routine, and it comes down to managing calories to support your lifestyle.
Mostly, I still eat whatever I want, i.e., cookies, pizza, ice cream, etc., but as long it fits my nutrition requirements, it's all good.
The only major change I've made is portion size. Instead of eating half a pack of cookies, I eat two, three, and I'm good. Even on the days I go over a bit it's not a big deal because your body will give you some grace if your habits are overall good.
