Everything in moderation. When I lived there, at most, once a week but actually more like once a month
I don't have any near me now but I've learned that healthy eating ain't as hard and strict as most make it out to be. I can still eat one trash meal a week and I'm healthier now than ever. Just had to learn more specifics/ numbers about healthy nutrition, not vague groups of foods and habits
