If I had to spend a couple hundred thousand on any original it would be one of his. I adore his Conan stuff. I think some of his better knows works are up to a million now.
I was unfamiliar with his works until recently, but they definitely show resemblance to later comic book artworks. A very influential, and productive artist. In particular his Conan feels like the direct ancestor of He-man. Such a legacy.
